Answer: Optic disc coloboma
Classic appearance of deeply excavated cavitation inferior to the optic disc, which is lying almost hidden in the upper part of this=e cavity in this SLO photo. If the disc is more centrally placed in the cavitation and vessels more arranged in radiating fashion, usually with much poorer vision, the diagnosis would be Morning Glory Disc Malformation
